Stuart McGinley spoke to some of the hundreds of people hoping to appear in the new movie Sweet Shop. He also caught up with Bertie Stephens from MWS Media, and the Director of the movie Ben Myers.

Newbury Sound will be making calls to those selected to appear in the movie next week (5/4/10).

Ben (director) also wrote a message: 

I just wanted to say something to all of you - those who've been called back and those who haven't. I was blown away by the amount of talent on display, and we've assiduously reviewed every inch of footage from the two days. If you have been called back, congratulations on reaching the next stage. If not, then please be aware that we are still keen to involve a good number of you as extars, or even set runners and whatever you do don't feel not being called back means you are not a talented actor/actress we just didn't think you were quite right for this project. I hope all of you enjoyed the experience, and for those of you coming to the callbacks, I hope you are excited about the next phase of the casting process.
