The Royal County of Berkshire Show at the Newbury Showground will take place on the 18th and 19th September 2010 and we've been asking you to send in your entries to name the pig - this year's show mascot!

We received over 100 entries and all of them were looked over by Mick Crockford the Chairman of Newbury and District Agricultural Society with 1 winning name chosen on Friday morning's breakfast show.

The winning name was RASHER. Well done to both Shane Harvey from Aldermaston and John Colley from Hungerford who both suggested the name and both win family passes to this year's show!
