Thatcham Town travelled to Mangotsfield Utd in the Zamaretto Division One South and West league looking to build on their impressive away record.

But they suffered only their second defeat of the season, going down 1-0. Both teams cancelled each other out in the first half, but Mangotsfield stepped it up in the second and scored the only goal of the game in the 65th minute. Thatcham couldn't find a response despite a number of substitutions. Thatcham travel to Bridgewater Town in the week looking to bounce back to winning ways.
