A waste company has appeared in Court today after a man was killed at a tip in Newbury more than two years ago.

Dennis Krauesslar died at the waste site in Pinchington Lane in September 2007.

The Health and Safety Executive are now prosecuting Biffa under the Health and Safety at work regulations.

The case is being heard at West Berkshire Magistrates Court.
